Is there any site where I can download the english translation of the official Portuguese version of a renting contract (Contrato de Arrendamento), long term, modelo 88038?

I’d be a little surprised to find there is such a thing.
Because I don’t think it could be used, or would be legally binding.
long-term rental contracts have to be in Portuguese don’t they?

Yes, they have to be in Portuguese.

But I would like to show the English speaking tenant an English version of the Portuguese document he is signing, to make him feel confortable.

I can alaways translate in the spot, but I would like to send him by email the english version.
