You are lucky then. We had friends staying in CVO last year and this. Used Resort Hopper both times and had the problems both times - so not confined to Turkey.

Nor do ResortHopper seem to have resolved the problem.

I am out next week and booked through Shuttle direct €11.25 each way. The voucher directs me to the greenbus stand at Faro airport (don't recall it from memory but I am sure it will be well signed) The instructions also state that I should contact greenbus 48 hours before the return journey at greenbus.pt. I checked this out and as Macassa says they are only charging €10 each way, ( In effect I have paid Shuttle direct a small commission) I took on board the warnings about RH before booking.

Used shuttle service once and never again. Almost took me more to travel to carvoeiro than flying to faro airport. Go with local transfer, way faster!
