You should ask Lamby for his input as well

Re: CVO Weather
Thanks Sam. Whatever wording the forecast sites use it changes from "sunny & pleasant" to "windy & rain" when the Lamb's are in town!!

4 weeks tomorrow and counting Yipee, keep those hot weather reports coming

Re: CVO Weather
Hi Tricky - not sure I have ever seen "bloody hot & sunny" on a weather web site. Surprising how nice it can be when I am home in overcast Sale, Manchester. Piggywidden, I promise to stay at home in four weeks as I am now seen as the bringer of bad weather to CVO. Enjoy your holiday and to all out there currently have a great time

Re: CVO Weather
Lamby, please do not book the first two weeks in September

Thank you Lamby, very overcast in Leeds today - is it anything to do with you?
Re: CVO Weather
Just back from cvo having been there during similar time every year for 15 years - much cooler and rain on two days!! Cold wind too. Did all the washing yesterday (towels, bedding etc etc) expecting things to dry before packing villa up but no - it rained Left it all part dried for my sister to put away in a week-she'll be pleased

Re: CVO Weather
For a two month advance forecast you can expect sun, clouds, wind and maybe rain. Probably more sun that rain.kitcat wrote:Hi I have friends coming over in sept what is the weather like ?
The temperatures will range from lows in the mid teens to highs of anything between 18 to 26.5.
On most days its shorts and t shirts, but carry a cardigan in the evenings and you may or may not need it.
The only thing one can say with any certainty is that it will not snow, so leave the skis at home.

Now you've really gone and done it.
I wonder if there will be a market for snow shovels in CVO this winter.
