Lighthouse restaurant club Golfemar

Post by mardi »

Last time we were in Carvoeiro this restaurant wasn't quite open. Has anyone tried it yet and if so what do you think?

we tryed it the other night for the first time as its on our complex, all very nice till we got the menus, each with different prices, so I asked the waiter " whats this... one menu for toursits one for residents" his reply was the had put there prices up due to costs.
we worked it out 30 increase on everything chicken piri piri up from 8 to 12 euros.
sorry guys youve blown it. no wonder you were empty. wont be ging back

I absolutely love it there! We go there at lease once a week with our 2 small children (there is a small playground, sparsely furnished but the kids love it and are quite happy to allow us to eat!).

I have tried several things on the menu and have enjoyed every one. The views are to die for and the service is excellent. Granted the prices aren't rock bottom but you pay for the whole package. There are PLENTY of places in Carvoeiro to eat if you want a cheap lunch.

I'd recommend it to anyone :D
