Locksmith/Door handles

We are needing to replace the door handles / locks on all of our sliding patio doors (8 of them)

Can anyone recommend a locksmith /shop in Carvoeiro / Lagoa who could do this for us when we are next out in a couple of weeks or suggest somewhere we could go to buy them to perhaps try fit them ourselves.

I used Jose, tel: 967830157, in January. He is based in Lagoa, speaks english and responded quickly and on time. Not sure if he was cheapest, but found him reliable, especially as I needed to change my locks quickly after I sacked my property manager.

My friends arrived at my apartment on Saturday night about 10.30 pm, having travelled from Donegal that morning. The front door key broke in the lock. We called Jose and he was there within a half hour, fitted a new lock and all was well ............ superb service !

Thanks for the recommendation - he's here now and let me back in as no matter what I done I couldn't get the key to turn in the door. His number has changed to 916 008 008 though.

80 euros to get back in, including call out fee - can't complain given its nearly 8pm Friday evening!!
