Must say that the worst breakfast that we had whilst over in Feb/March was at the Rocha Brava cafe - not a patch on Heldars or Irish Times.

Hope the takeaway venture works for them.

Hope to be back there sometime later this year.

RBs breakfast used to be one of my favourites - far better than Helders - has there been a change of management/staff too??

I know off topic but Richard used to love his breckie at the Irish Times, staff really nice and food good too.
I do hope this is still continuing there, as hopefully ash lifting, we will pop along when we are over in Portugal late June.

We had a very good breakfast at the RB Cafe on the morning we left at the beginning of April.

The breakfast at RB cafe was extremely greasy and not much of it either - compared to previous visits. Maria was still working there and we also saw Howard bringing stock in.

Irish Times was by far the best - John especially liked the BIG breakfast - staff are extremely polite as well. They always remember us when we visit.

Glad that the weather has improved on the Algarve too.

They used to do a great breakfast in Sullys - don't know if that has now changed now (is there new owners in Sullys from last year?).

Hoi allemaal,

groetjes, vanuit regenachtig Nederland

Is it really that quiet around the town still?

16 virile men will be arriving on the 17th for 5 nights of mayhem and so we are hoping that there will at least be a bit of action going on or we may have to take a trip along to Alvor or Albufeira.

Was decent enough for us same time last year so more of the same would do fine! :)
