Can I suggest that you approach forum member barao. With her legal connections I am sure she will point you in the right direction.
A quick summary for those who are just tuning in.

Baro confirmed that she was a firm supporter of Marion, so much so that her husband, who is a lawyer in town ,was going to defend her case. All my evidence was to be looked at by him and he was going to arrange for the payment to be made direct into my bank account.
I offered to go through the accounts line by line together with the evidence so that we could agree on the monies to be refunded.
Remember this is forum member barao's husband. Of course nothing came of it. All my mails were ignored and no monies were refunded. I even said that I needed the address of his offices so the original bundle of evidence could be sent to him.
Also ignored.

So I think it is time to introduce yet another accomplice into this pack-Ana Barao. Or maybe it is Marion/rossi./nah et al !!!

I assume nah is her partner, as I believe his name is Neil A Harper. As previously mentioned on page 4 of this thread, nah has solicited for business on this site for Marion Day, offering her services as a cleaner.

Back to main busines - To recap

This Property Management Company, run by Marion Day, has received alot of money from clients including sums that were specifically for services/utilities etc in relation to their properties in Carvoeiro. Some of this money has not been paid to the companies/individuals for whom it was intended and those clients involved have suffered financial losses. This company either still has this money and is withholding it from its rightful owners, or the money is not available and has been misappropriated.

Update from Sam, Louise and Dave:-
Marion Day has not contacted us to discuss a resolution to this issue, nor has she repaid any of the money that she owes us. We have received a lot of information and rumours, and followed this up where possible. We have now established a better picture of the situation. We have confirmed, through legitimate channels and by public records, that Marion Day does not own the property from which she has been trading as Mazzas Property Services, she does not have any registered assets in Portugal, and that she has outstanding debts in the UK, one of which is joint with her partner, Neil A Harper.
Mr Harper is known to have worked with her on client's properties, and he, or someone using his initials, has solicited for business for Marion Day on this forum. Whilst we have not received any reported wrong doings by him, we believe people should be aware of his connection with Marion Day.

Hello,for all the people who where trying to contact Marrion Day she is still in the village,i saw her and her husband opposite Bolisimo,she still lives here up the hill past Sullys near to Vernons,and yes she did overgharge me 210.00 for cleaning she did not do,this was in June 2007,she nevor replied to any email i sent her regarding paying me back,we cant all be wrong.

Reliable sources has informed that Marion Day (Mazza) is still trading as a property management company in the Carvoeiro area.
