Apparently there are FREE Portuguese lessons starting in Parchal School very shortly.

Yes I would be interested in the details too! I keep being told there are free Portuguese lessons organized by various camaras available in different towns, Lagoa being one of them, but there are never any details available. When I rang the Lagoan camara to ask about them the person I was speaking to would only speak in Portuguese - well if I could do that I wouldn't need the details!!

Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be a loop. If I hear of any details concerning council run Portuguese language courses I will certainly post them on here. In the mean time I think I'll just have to go back to the language school in Portimao.
