Visited Happy's twice and was delighted by the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. On our first visit we decided to book a table by the window for our last night - I would recommend Happy's for excellent food and value for money.

Happys is one of our favourites. We always go at least twice during a 2-week stay. Good food, great entertainment. Game for a laugh and sets us up for a lively night in Round Up after.

Libre and Harry as good fun as usual, food good value for money, free bottle of wine, girls free puddings, Port etc, we always leave a decent tip, as once when we pointed out the missed items, Libre just said oh leave a good tip, Harry has told us that Libre shares all the tips between the staff, not himself, so that is nice to hear when there have been things posted on here about the owners keeping all the tips. Allways a fun night then on to the Roundup.

Quite agree Joanne, have known Libbre (and big Will in the Roundup for that matter) for years, always go on the first night of any visit as it sets the tone for the rest of the holiday - will be in Happy's on Saturday night after the football then onto the Roundup, great fun. (I just hope big Will doesn't put my head up under his T-shirt again  ) :D

Visited Happys twice & Libbe & Harry were on top form as usual. Very good food, great banter and a fun experience. Nearly everyone in were regulars so knew what to expect but the odd newcomers face was a picture to behold as the lads teased and bantered with them. They never once embarrassed them though and al the fun was mostly aimed at themselves. He served us beer & port and refused to charge for it so we also left a large tip. One of my fave places in CVO.

Also saw Libbe in the Intermarche and he was great and very friendly, its not an act just for the restaurant, he genuinely likes meeting and talking to people.

Great to read that Libbe & Harry are in great form!
We arrive in CVO on morning of Sat 4th Sept. for 10 nights.
The 1st evening timetable is -
Havana Bar for cocktails pre-dinner and then Happys is our port of call for a meal, drinks, great hospitality and barrel loads of fun. Can't wait!
Then we'll be straight into Round Up!
Not long now! 8)

Just returned from 18 days in Carvoeiro and visited Happys with hubby and extended family who were new comers. It is always a pleasure to eat at Happys and Libbre and Harry are great fun. It is a 'must do' every visit :D
