Carols Newsletter

Post by aussie »

Hello Carol and thanks for another great one. Its one of my favourite parts of the site. I'm sure its just that we are all complacent and dont show our appreciation and then when you dont do one for a while we wonder where you are.
I like that you just seem to write as you would to a friend and dont have any hidden agendas. Please keep it up and thanks again.

Well done Carol! I'm amazed Roy managed to talk you into going in a little boat through the jungle - you're usually such a big Jessie! Sarawak should hold no fears from you now  xxxxxx

'Roy do not move' whho0ps not on the canoe now, so I hope it does not apply
Fab newsletter as always. I may forget to say each time you produce the masterpeice, but I really enjoy it and it helps to keep me in touch and feel part of it. Even feel as though I was on the cruise too. All the piccies are fab and I am sooo jealous. The new pattisserie looks delightful. Long may it prosper. The new works being undertaken are interesting, that about covers it. I really feel for all the businesses who are loosing money hand over fist, especially in todays climate. Keep up the jolly newsletter I know I as well as many really appreciate all you do. Hope the dental work was not too arduous or painful, in pocket or mouth. Yawn thru the optical thingy though, oops no I mean , Roy stay awake, and dont move  :D

I don't know, you two went on a Panama Canal cruise rather than join me for my 60th cruise. Fine friends you turned out to be!

Just you wait 'til next week when you're staying with us in Lincoln. I am going to traipse you both round the touristy bits until you beg me to take you home. Don't forget your camera, Carol, so you can put the highlights of your Lincoln tour into your next Newsletter.

Dear Carol, I have read your news letter many times and I've just registered today so I could let you know I enjoy reading your newsletter. You help me keep intouch with the developments in CVO inbetween our last holiday in '08 and us coming back for our hols at the end of May 09. I must let you know you really seem to enjoy your trips away where ever you go, and the pictures are great. Keep the letters coming. :D

Enjoyed the newsletter Carol..as always its most interesting and informative.

There was only one thing I didn't like and that was the 'Sloths'.....they always give me the creeps.
Never forget the first time I saw one (on tv) it was climbing out of a muddy lake and it turned towards the camera and a cold shudder went right through me. I think its their movements that I dislike..specially when swimming

But enjoyed the rest of letter..its nice to be kept up to date with goings on in Carvoeiro :)
Muito obrigada
