''Irish born owner Bill Brady hails from Drogheda in County Louth and during the last 6 years he has steadily turned the bar into a great meeting place for all nationalities''

The above quote is from the Bar's advert, am I missing something here, I have been going to Carvoeiro on and off for as long as I can remember but I have never been/seen or heard of Brady's Bar until now. How have you managed to keep such a low profile for the last six years Bill?

I have been in Brady's Irish bar several times when Irish duo Klonakilty have been performing and have found the entertainment first class, it was a breath of fresh air to see music actually being played 100% live without the backing of a drum machine or kareoke type playback machine, so often used by entertainers these days, well done klonakilty!
I looked on their website www.klonakilty.com and saw that they are also playing on the square in Carvoeiro on the 22nd June and in July, August and September as well, so I guess the Carvoeiro CAMRA must also appreciate their music!

Saturday 23rd June

Well it is that time again, we will be back in Flic Flac ooops Brady's Bar once again. Never mind Alexandra, whoever she may be, there had better be the super service from Andrea. Best wishes to all and see you Saturday.

Thanks Bill, we had a great week and enjoyed our visits to Brady's bar, as always. Yes the service was as good as ever and Jessica and Christina complete the trio. See you all in September for 2 weeks and remember you have the best bar in Carvoeiro, also Ann is now off the Strawberry Daiquiri as well as the Mai Tai - and we blame Andrea of course.

first time in Carvoeiro
