One to avoid in Portimao !
We tried to have a meal at a restaurant directly opposite the main car park on the marina in Portimao yesterday, (along the side of the car park).
When the childrens meals arrived the burger was raw and chips rock hard and cold and the other meal spaghetti bolognese was full of warm water, when we complained they said that it was perfectly acceptable food ! To cut a long story short, at this point our main courses hadn't even arrived yet, so we decided to cut our losses and cancel the whole meal. We tried to pay for the drinks and bread etc but they attempted to make us pay for the kids meals too that hadn't been eaten due to been inedible, when we said no way they got quite aggressive, so we gave them the 20 Euros to just cover the drinks and bread and left rather quickly ! I hate to think what the rest of the meal would have been like (sirloin steak and sea bass), but we didn't wait to find out. Rude waiters, crap service, awful food. Avoid !

Should have asked them for their complaints book, that normally gets there attention.

sounds like the same place we ate in late last year we all ordered sea bream which was the size of a sardine and very fishy definitely not fresh and definitely not bream would never set foot in the place again !!
