Maximes was very nice Christmas Day, Pete and Girls want to be at home next year so will only be out for New Year, I loved it and do not understand but oldest will be at Uni following year so will do as I am told for the first time, but my Girls come 1st so roll on following year....

Meant to say nothing open on Christmas Eve was like A Ghost Town...so if you out by food in and cook saying that we went to Frazers and hard a lovely night with Lyne and Frazer.

Regarding Christmas Eve, I am sure that the majority of restaurants on "Restaurant Hill" were closed as they are Portuguese owned and this is when they celebrate Christmas. However, there were certainly other restaurants both in Carvoeiro and Monte Carvoeiro that were open on Christmas Eve and every other day over the Festive period.

I hope this helps with any future planning for people in Carvoeiro at Christmas.
