Can anyone tell me if this restaurant is still open as I have heard a rumour that they are closed?

Thank you.

It hasn't been open since last year. Was still closed as of 2 weeks ago.

What a shame! it was really convenient to all on the ADM just as a bar it should work, no cars no Taxis great. :(

Just been past this restaurant and it is now open again. The owner is the manager from Casa Algarvia. We will try and let you all know what it is like.

My wife went there for lunch the other day with the " ladies who ....." and reported a good time for €9.50....the evening menu is a la carte, and looked a lot pricier.

We went to this restaurant last night and I can report it is a good addition to the CVO eateries. It has a good and varied menu with average prices. Diner for two with drinks and coffees came to 42 euros.

Rumour has it that Paulo, formerly of Casa Algarvia, has now taken this restaurant over.
If that is the case it should be good and I wish him well and will look forward to going
there next time we are over in March. At least the car parking should not be a problem.

We ate here at Christmas - I am sorry but never again. There was only one other table in the restaurant other than a table of relatives of the staff.

The soup was tepid. The fish grey and badly cooked. The chicken was overcooked. Coffee was ok.

Shame that I always felt that it was a massive plus facility for the ADM, I have a place just around the corner and I've had some wonderful times there in the past including a few falls and car crashes, a great scousers night, when we all dressed up as scousers with wig and moustache, one local came in and wanted to know what the hilarity was all about and wanted to try a wig on, he didn't realise he looked more of a scouser than we did. OOoops!

Had lunch there yesterday. Both service and food was excellent. Soup followed by a choice of three meat dishes or a fish dish, dessert, coffee and a port for 9 euros.

We have eaten there lots of times since it re-opened in Dec. Always good and reasonably priced. It does help when you live 100m from door!
