Vill Arade - Ferragudo

Post by Lesley Jean »

OK, how many of you remember Pedro who was the head waiter/barman at Colombos a few years back now? Really nice guy who worked his socks off. Well he and his partner Anna have now renovated and newly opened a lovely restaurand/bar in Ferragudo called Vill Arade, we went last night to say hi and to eat. We had a lovely meal with starters and mains drinks before, a bottle of wine and a bottle of sparkling water, followed by the usual drink from the house. All for less than 70 Euro's

It is a very smart restaurant and a cosy bar. Do give it a try, a great new venue.

Went to Vill Arade when we were out last week was great to see Pedro and Anna in their new restaurant in Ferragudo any doubts as to what to expect we're answered with a superb meal and house wine. They are really exited with this new venture and providing the high quality food we enjoyed on our visit. We wish them well and look forward to eating there again on our next visit.

We ate here a couple of weeks ago - the food was faultless - superb choice on the menu and the setting was lovely. Would certainly recommend this - it was really nice to see Pedro again and hope that his venture will be a success. We will certainly be back again on our next visit.

Visited this restaurant a couple of times on my recent visit and was very impressed. Worth a trip if you want something a little more refined than the average Portuguese grill.
