Do you live in Porches?

I'm looking for anyone who lives in / owns property in Porches, who can advise me what sort of internet download speeds they are getting, and who their ISP is. I only need to know this for properties where there is a fixed line, no dongle / 4G speeds please. Thanx.

Speeds are poor. I get about 3.7mb while paying for 12mb from Sapo. Sapo says line only supports 4mb. A friend gets even less and frequent disconnections.Mainly old lines and at end of the connection from A.de P.

I had a similar problem. Go to their store in Portimao. Prove your download speed an demand a reduction in charges.
They will reduce this to a 6 mgb charge. Why pay for something you are not getting?

There is no 6mb charge their charge is for upto 12mb. You must have done this a long time ago.

I have telepac (from Portugal Telecom - same as Sapo) and I have 12mb.
