The Zanussi man arrived at 10 am Monday!! typical!. Interesting whjat he said as he doesnt think there is a problem, it's down to being a no frost fridge and due to power cuts while we are not here, it's not getting time to defrost properly at times! We are currently defrosting it for 2-3 days -will let you know as its clearly a situation that can occur with some types of no frost fridge/freezer

Just to let you know - if you have a NO FROST fidge freezer which works by blowing cold air into the fridge part, the air duct can become blocked if you happen to get a power failure just as the "auto-defrost" system starts and you may not get it to cycle properly. We had to empty the whole ting and did a manual defrost for 2 days - now working fine
