As well as making gin, or vodka and tonic taste wonderful, lemon squeezed over salad makes wonderful oil free dressing.
It's also an excellent replacement for salt as a flavour enhancer.

Since we live in a country full of lemons why are we not offered the wonderful 'Citron Presse' that is served everywhere in France. Fresh squeezed Lemon juice served with a jug of water and a sugar stemmed glass. Wonderful!! If its offered anywhere in CVO please advise.
