Long term rental

Does anyone have or know of someone who has a T2 slightly outside of CVO with peace and quiet but within walking distance of the village for a long term rental for at least 3 years? Any help with this would be much appreciated. :D

Not as yet but are also looking at Praia do Paraiso too!

I am so sorry not to have replied sooner. We are looking to pay around €450 - 500 p.m.
