Wedding chapels

Post by Darkest Cains »

Hey everyone, i know there have been alot of threads floating around regarding weddings in Carvoeiro. Most of theinformation seems to be geared primarily for large scale weddings. I have a couple of friends who are planning on getting married and would like a small service in a chapel preferrably overlooking the water in Carvoeiro. Any ideas if this is possible and where they should go? Thanks

I was best man at a wedding last year where the civil ceremony was in a hotel and the religious ceremony and buffet reception were held in the little chapel at Senhora da Rocha, between Carvoeiro and Armacao, holding max. 12 people - a most romantic situation.

If you want details please feel free to pm or e-mail me - I can arrange for them to see photos etc.

Why don't you make it really memorable with a Banner Towing aircraft ..and your personalised message ..and Hearts....at low level as you exit the Church......Talk to Roy...

Here's a short video of said chapel. It's around 4MB wmv file.

The chapel wasn't open when we were there but they have glass doors so you can see in. It's very small. You'd get some great pictures. The fisherman is an optiona extra :D
