I went to bed last night full of the forum;thinking of how diverse it is with a very international feel about it.
This morning I woke up and into my head came thoughts of a survey carried out a while back --only in Europe Im afraid Cowboy,so we'll wait to see your thoughts on this!
The surveywasAbout the preferences of each nation in the "fancying" stakes--I cant remember all so perhaps mightneedhelp here, but those I do remember are:
German men---in general like their own ladies or North Europeans /Scandanavians/English & Brits.
German women--- had a big preference for Italians,mmm,say no more.
Portuguese--- there was quite a prefence for Brits with both
sexes. I have a little knowledge here--2 of our Portuguese carpenters (in their 20s) and one in particular,said he had big preference for English/Swedish/German ladies and he liked them a quite a bit older.
In general, British women liked Men of the Med---Portuguese/Spanish/Italian-----
As I say,I cant remember all the details but in general,it would seem we go for our opposites.
I didnt mention French men--but if theyre anything like my old French friend, he flirts outrageously with every woman from 18-80 and they fall under his spell--of course its that wonderful accent;they could seduce you by just reciting the laundry list.
Notice theres no mention of Scandanavian preferences --it would be interesting to here of these , for instance,do they, like my young son go for ladies with dark hair and eyes and a different accent--he deliberately took wrong books fromthe UNI. library in order to be "told off" by the pretty French girl with a ravishing accent-time and time again.
Are any men daring enough to state their preference here? I know the ladies will--we're far more daring arent we ?/

My original subject "preferences" was not my work but a survey carried out inWestern Europe-- maybe "drivel" to some but others may find humourus--alright--- a bit of bank holiday nonsense

I scrolled back over past topic (something about prize winning on here) and noticed a few words and I quote :

Steen darling,could there be a "Low" on your horizon-but its not bad weather;prediction is sunny and of course warm sandy days ahead !
Do Scots have a preference for Danes maybe?
As for a photo Steen, remain mysterious--keepthem waiting & wanting--just be masterful.
Must go, myScotsman awaits--yeah---H is pure Celt--mostly Scots,dash of Irish and a Welsh grandmother.
O man, no offence intended Sandy & Gordon.At least you have hot weather. Its cold again here in the Fens.But as you rightly say,there are other things to do --so Im off to do them-only way to keep warm.

its true, but maybe i should give my topics more thought and perhaps not be so frivolous and impulsive.
Sorry for delay in responding but have just got back from across "La Manche" --visiting friends also family.
Picardie was beautiful--we stay with good friends in St Valery-sur-Somme---- but a few days of rich French cuisine and we were glad to get back to good old English "fish&chips " last night !
