new townhouses val de milho area

I dont know if anyone can help us but we are interested in the new townhouses being built behind julios restaurant they seem very good value for money at 212000 euros. We were on holiday there last week and had a look around one of them that was being sold privately, the person had bought two and had sold one. It seems that some have been bought privately to re sell and some are with agents, there is also another block still being completed but we were unable to find out who was selling them. We would be grateful for any feedback.

used to be but cant say i have heard recently that the estate had a lot of robberies...as for price like all things in carveiro..very pricey...if you go to pera..there are brand new detached houses very modern design with 600 sq mtrs for same price

Pera will be cheaper but then it isn't quite the same as Carvoeiro
