odd job/villa maintenance

Hi everyone, I am intrerested to know if there is any demand for a small odd job and villa maintenance company within the surrounding areas of Carvoeiro. We are looking as a family at moving to Portugal (Carvoeiro), to live and would be grateful for any suggestions and comments on the above, that any of you may have. Also available one fully qualified and experienced female Aerobics Instructor, who is also a qualified Sugaring Practitioner as in hair removal similar to Waxing but not as painful! any ideas?

Maintenance:
Lee, now might not be the best of times to try get your feet on the ground in that buisness - times are getting tough as the demand is shrinking whilst the competition grows harsher.
If you are good at what you do, there will always be demand for your work, but it might be advisable to start working for a local company first. That way you get to know the market you will be working in and you will also have the time you need to gather information about required licences, etc.
Don´t just launch yourself into an endeavour of moving your familiy out into the land of endless sunshine based on the desire to get away from wherever you are and the hope that you will somehow get along.
Most of the residents here will be able to tell you stories of many people, families or singles who tried and failed for many reasons.

Take your time and study your options.
