Does anyone know if Steen is still connected to Algarve Car Hire ? I have emailed him twice about matching a quote, he usually responds very quickly.

No idea...but YOR is cheaper than Algarve Driver

He is - I had an issue with a booking earlier in the year and emailed him and received a reply.

Now I'm confused. I always click through this site's banner, which is Algarve Driver, and my rental agreements have been with YOR.

So was mine, I guess about a year ago....but YOR give 25% online booking, making it cheaper.....Steen may well match that price , but never tested it.

That is interesting……I too have always clicked through this site to book with Algarve Driver (the banner, I think used to refer to Algarve Driver/YOR). I have just looked at YOR as a comparison for a booking at the beginning of September and YOR is cheaper. I’d also looked at Zest and YOR beat their options. I’ve booked with YOR so we will see…

I've done the same for our trip in September. Group A with YOR €224.03 and with Algarve Driver it is €276.86. AD claims the lowest rates in the Algarve - it's not even the lowest rate from the same supplier! I will be making alternative arrangements for September.

We have used YOR car hire for years now, always best value. They are trustworthy, do not try and stitch you up for damage and you can pick up and drop off at P4 Faro airport, no transfers. I wouldn’t look anywhere else.
