Black and White Festival 2023

Arrived a couple of days ago and by coincidence same time as this festival, looking forward to seeing Carvoeiro in a whole different light after 30 years of visiting. Will put some videos on YouTube if anyone’s interested. They got 30,000 people attending last year

Parking near the city center will be scarce. A bus will circulate regularly from the Rampa do Solférias, providing free transportation to the party between 20:00 and 4:00.
