Hi all, wondering what the best taxis to use are?

We've often been nearer to the town than we are this year and so far we've used one guy who turns up late, twice. Considering a tuktuk, but wondered if the Main Rank taxis are bookable?

Uber?
We use taxi rank if in town but use Uber when travelling from villa to where ever. Son in law has the Uber App.

Some of the taxi drivers will give you their mobile number for use as almost private hire. I know a neighbour who phones his ‘driver’ a few days before arriving to find out his hours for time he’s here so the neighbour can plan his trips!
Me? Can’t be bothered to be that organised
