Any latest N125 news please?

Not having visited since late Spring when road works along the N125 were in full swing, I wondered whether they had stopped for the summer tourist season?
Any news would be welcome for a visit in the first week of September. We don't really have to use the motorway, but if needs must.....

Obviously nobody is daring to use the N125, so in the absence of any replies, the Motorway it is.

CVO to airport last Wednesday 55 minutes with no major holdups. Roadworks not complete but on hold for the summer. New Almancil bypass makes a big difference.

Departed Boa Vista 17.15 arrived airport 18.10.

Surprisingly the islands are a big improvement and the by pass from almancil through to the main drag from the airport is excellent - that last part through San Laurenco was always a nightmare. Its been a long time coming but good now.
