Weather at easter?

Post by shep »

I know its the 6 million dollar question trying to predict the weather, but thinking of traveling over with the kids at easter (april 2nd) and wondering what to expect weather wise, based on previous years. Are we talking t shirts and shorts and getting a few hours on the beach or am i being very optimistic ?

Shep we have been at Easter when it has been late April and we had some warm sunny days but around 4pm it got really chilly.
As Easter is early April I think you can exoect a mixed bag but you just never know, I would think you will get away with shirts and shorts some days but would bring sweaters/jackets just in case.

Easter is a lottery, in the 11 years we lived in CVO I'd say we had more bad than good, it often rained, a lot. We felt sorry for the poor folks who came out for an early holiday or to open their villas up.
Don't come with too many high expectations then if it's good you can be pleasantly surprised :)

The weather hasn't been great for the last three or four Easters as there has been quite a bit of rain. The odd half day will be fine then rain - not meaning to be unhelpful but the weather over the new year holiday tends to be better in comparison
