Gym with decent air con please

Hiya, I am in Lombos for nearly four weeks end of August and beginning of September can anyone tell me where there is a gym with proper air con and fans please. I have used the one near Faticil and the one at the spa in Albandeira but they have hardly any air con which makes it very hard to run 5 or 6 miles let alone the 8 to 10 I should be doing by then, the heat is killing.

Has anyone used the gym just off the roundabout for Slide and Splash in Lagoa?
