Can anyone recommend a cleaner?

We are looking for a cleaner to come a couple of times a week (the cheaper the better). They don't have to be English but our Portuguese is not the best! We live in the Golfemar area. Can anyone recommend one please? I would post this in the jobs page but i could do with recommendations if possible.
