I know that the owner of Ocastelo Guesthouse is a tai-chi teacher and is giving many lessons a week. I don't know if he teaches at CVO. Please take a look at www.ocastelo.net to see how to reach him.

It is not near Vale Centiennes. It is off the road from Marinha to the International school (on the 125). It is next door to Quinta Rosal and is not far from Poppys restaurant. If you need detailed directions, let me know where you will starting from.
