Is there watersports on Carvoeiro Beach

Post by twitchy »

I am out this weekend with some mates and on their list of things to do apart from golf, meeting ladies and some sensible drinking was to do some watersports (more banana boat than waterskiing)

Does the beach have any water sports on it.

After all the times that I have visited I cant recall.

Praia Grande is one of the best beaches locally for water sports although I could not tell you concessions are down there this year - I expect plenty of others will be able to though :)

Praia de Rocha is probably your best bet for watersports of that type in the one direction, or Albuferia in the east.
