I see the 3 weather forecasts that I watch have all downgraded next week - still looks like quite a but of rain - but temps are coming up. My piece of seaweed has gone!

Well the severe weather we were supposed to have in the West Midlands doesn't appear to have happened. It's a bit grey but quite mild. :)

Just arrived back to the UK. The flight was a little bumpy, but nothing too bad. Carvoeiro is great whatever the weather, so enjoy it :D all of you lucky people who are still there!

The weather here wasn't as bad today as forecast and we managed to play golf. Out to the Algarve on 9 march so roll on the good/better weather. Look forward to retrieving the garden furniture from the pool

Please could you people in Big C continue to update us with damage reports -- hopefully minimal. In Dorset on the south coast, it was a reasonable day although we had been expecting mayhem. Along the coast towards Kent, they caught it badly, as did the east coast.

Very calm today - a light shower at 1500 hrs and rain forecast tonight but the wind has subsided.
