Books and Golf
Books and Golf
Can anyone confirm the Golf Shop and the Book Shop are still open on the in-road?
The Golf guy used to book some courses for me with a bit of a discount on the normal rates.
And rather than eat into my luggage allowance with heavy books - would like to buy them from what I remember to be a pretty good book shop.
Yes I know - A Kindle would do it - but I am a printer by trade so don't go there!

Re: Books and Golf
The charity shop at the top of the out road has second hand books.
Re: Books and Golf
I can confirm that both the golf and the book shop are still open for business.
Re: Books and Golf
Thanks laserblazer - I love charity shop books, you never what you might find.
Thanks Ma-Ja,s - I will visit both when we come out -in 2 weeks time.
Incidentally I assume you are either Ma or Ja (Martin & Jane - guessing now!) from the the restaurant we frequented last time me and my better half came out to CVO.
We are coming en masse as a family this time - so do we need to book for a table of 7, maybe on our first night Friday 21st June?

If you want to venture a little further afield to Albufeira, there is a great little bookshop near to the Bull Ring called "Bookworms". Great selection and the prices are good too.

You assume correct that I am the Ja from Ma-Ja's restaurant, however we are Mark & Jan so not a bad guess with Martin and Jane!scoge wrote:Thanks laserblazer - I love charity shop books, you never what you might find.

If you are a table of 7 then I would suggest that it is always better to book a table. Let me know what day and I will be more than happy to reserve a table for you.
