Carvoeiro (May 2004)

I went to Carvoeiro in May this year and thoroughly enjoyed it, been to Algarve before, but not to Carvoeiro, I stayed with my Mum and partner, they've got a holiday villa on Prais do Carvoeiro site.

Here are some places worth going to:-

Alvor Beach
Benegil Beach
Carvoeiro Beach
and Silves market.

I also visited in MAy 2004 with husband and two kids, we stayed at the Colina Da Lapa apartments and had a fantastic time (weather best ever for us)

Did you try Carnerios beach. Rough waves - excellent if you're a strong swimmer.

Also good places to go to are the water oarks and zoomarine
