Where can i find a long term rental in Carvoeiro?

We are looking for a long term rental property (min 1 year) close to Carvoeiro centre with 2 beds (min) and a garden preferably. I have tried near enough every website ever created but they are obviously more geared towards short term holiday rentals.

Where would residents look if they wanted a rental property? We are coming out for a few days in May to have a look so any advice would be HUGELY appreciated
