Colina Verde townhouses

Hi I am looking at the Colina Verde town houses. They look lovely. Is anyone letting one at the beginning of next years school hols July 2010? can anyone tell me anything about them please? I get the impression the walk up the hill can be a bit of a killer!! Is it a long hill!! Any info would be very much appreciated as I understand there are apartments on the site as well Thank you
