We all like to help but life gets very repetitive.
To all new members - why not look back through forum entries first, which will invariably answer your general queries, and only request specific information which is not obvious.
Also look at FAQ which Michael Crane has spent a lot of time ensuring is correct.
Nonetheless Beemoos -welcome to the forum and enjoy, as do many others who return year after year or, like us, move here, this lovely part of the world.

Hi
If you have a look at the reviews page you'll find plenty of info on bars and restaurants. You really will be spoilt for choice though as Carvoeiro has so many lovely resaturants.
As laserblazer said the larger supermarkets are all out of town and if you plan to be eating in quite a bit then you may want to hire a car or get a taxi so you can stock up on plenty of things. The smaller supermarkets do stock everything you will need to get by though and there is a great butchers in the town called blue rock.
