Normally it is like that - sunny and 30 to 35 C every day, from June till end of August.
The only difference is that in the last few days the evenings got a bit coller.

Thanks for all the comments and advice. I have always brought the sheets etc over from UK as I like the fitted sheets, but with all the baggage restrictions now, I thought I could get them here at Yorkshire Linen. I was wrong, and will have to get some more brought over, so it was definitely a false...

I've bought sheets at Yorkshire Linen shop for apartment rentals and now find that they are going bobbly after a very few washes. Whwere else can I get fitted poly cotton sheets here, or is it better to send for them from UK?

I tthink it could be the one as you go from Poço-Partido - Benagil, and just before you get to Salicos Development, you turn left, and about 500 meters further is villa silva on the left hand side. If you carry on you come out at the marble factory.

This big villa is just half the way up the hill, off the village, about 6 minutes walk down to the beach, 3 minutes down to Jaylhouse Bar and all the other bars, supermarkets, etc.
In other words - you will be fine.The restaurants are fine too with children.
You will have a whale of a time.

Do not forget LA BELLA VITTA, in Carvoeiro Club Atlantico ( i know it is not from walking distance from CVO), but it serves great food.

I heard (some time ago)from the person who is running it now, he was going to run a Mediterranean kitchen. He was importing a young italian cook, who was very excited about working here, instead of Scicily.
I am affraid i have not had the chance to come and test the food yet.

Hi, That would be the Centro Cinegético - mini-zoo,( animal farm,reserve).
Unfortunately it suffered quite badly with the fires some time ago.
