Went to stay at Parque da Floresta for the weekend. Played golf on Saturday and it had hit 34 degs by 10.00. Too much for me, even with a buggie.....and there were people walking the course, unbelievable!

Just a couple of thoughts guest: 1. If they agreed to have your collection box on their counter, they could not refuse anybody else, could they? Pretty soon that empty counter would be choca-block full of collecting tins...and all of them empty I'd wager. 2. How much "trade" did the blind lady lose ...

We normally go to CVO in either June or September, but I have to admit that we assumed that the prices would go through the roof as a result of demand whilst the football was on, so didn't even consider it this year.

I've played most of the courses in the area (from Salgados to Parque De Floresta) and have never been asked for my handicap certificate.
It may be their way of refusing people without offending, maybe.
