Unfortunately, I have damaged my knee and can't go on any walks. Linda and Russell have kindly agreed to lead in my place, my thanks to them have a good walk.

Track is fairly undulating, nothing too steep, perhaps apart from an early climb, with minimal loose scree. Linda & Russell have shown us an easier way back avoiding a steep descent. Last time we did this, it was 12.1km, took 2h 26m, with 221m ascent, speed...a very fast 5kmh. This time, we must have aged, it was 11.3kms, still 2h 26 m moving time but 2h 46m overall, speed down to 4.5kmh. Anyway, 14 Walkers and 12 lunchers had a good walk and lunch....without any rain....though ...

Dan & Trudy will not be able to attend ... tomorrow.
