I cannot believe the parking condition of downtown carvoeiro...it is terrible, plus the police (keystone cops) running around trying to find some reason to give you a ticket. Still not done???

I was there for the month of February during cooler weather and I did notice the smell of raw sewage as well. I thought by now the project would have been fininshed. Should I "hold my breath" (no pun intended) that it will be finished by next February? :o

Nice thought Heini...I can relate to what you say...it's nice to have something to turn to for a moment of downtime from our everyday life...if it works for you...why not. :)
