I cannot believe the parking condition of downtown carvoeiro...it is terrible, plus the police (keystone cops) running around trying to find some reason to give you a ticket. I was there for the month of February during cooler weather and I did notice the smell of raw sewage as well. I thought by now the project would have been fininshed. Should I "hold my breath" (no pun intended) that it will be finished by next February?
